Music Concert

The annual music concert took place on Wednesday 30th May and, as always, was an enormous success. Including a wide range of styles, both instrumental and vocal, the students performed to a packed audience who were extremely appreciative of the high quality work produced.
Ranging from the rousing performances of the Rock Bands – ‘Copyright’ , ‘Teenage Rebels ' and 'Ecnamor', through the instrumental performances on Clarinet, Flute, French Horn, Saxophone and Harp to the beautiful vocal soloists and the College Choir, it was an evening of impressive variation and creativity.
The concluding performance, a collaboration between the rock band 'Ecnamor' and the College Choir called 'Don't Stop Believing', left the audience in no doubt at all that this had been a dynamic and spectacular evening.
Given even more poignancy by the fact that this was Mrs Raggett's last music concert as Head of Music at Bishop Perowne, before she moves on to her new post as Deputy Head, it was one that ended with an emotional farewell and one that will definitely not be forgotten.
