Leavers celebrate achievements

Year 11 students celebrated their achievements during a special leavers day on Thursday 27th June, before taking to the dance floor and saying a fond farewell to teachers and peers at their leavers ball in the evening.

The students were treated to a celebratory breakfast to start their last official day of school, followed by an emotional and fun final assembly held by Assistant Headteacher Victoria Reeve-McKew.

In the evening, students donned their finest and headed to Worcestershire County Cricket Ground. They enjoyed a red carpet arrival, buffet and non-alcoholic cocktails, as well as dancing to a DJ and winning prizes at two casino tables.

Mark Pollard, Headteacher, commented:

"Our Year 11s have worked extremely hard over the past few months and thoroughly deserved to be celebrated and recognised for their achievements. We look forward to seeing them all on results day and we wish them every success for the future."
