Uniform + Equipment

Overview

Our pupils are expected to wear their uniform correctly and neatly at all times throughout the school day.

If any student attends school missing an item of uniform, parents/carers will be contacted immediately and asked to bring in the missing items. If parents are unable to do this for any reason then students must borrow the correct/missing uniform items for that day from a small stock of items we hold.

We ask that parents/carers mark all items of clothing with the pupil’s name, in order for us to return any lost possessions to the rightful owner.

Any items of clothing that are not part of our official uniform will be confiscated. Students can collect confiscated items at the end of the school day.

From time to time, such as during periods of uncomfortably hot weather, we may allow students to choose not to wear an item of uniform such as the jumper or tights. This will be communicated to all parents in advance of the change and be for a limited period of time only.

If any part of our school uniform policy causes a problem for religious reasons, or you have any queries regarding the uniform and equipment required, please do contact us.
